DISGUSTING SERVICE, MAKES SENSE WHY THEY HAVE OVER 470 1 STAR RATINGS!

Blake & Associates doesn't even deserve a 1 star rating, they are pathetic to be honest. They are currently handling one of my accounts and their service is appalling to say the least. I made a payment on the 29th and today's date is the 13th of the following month and my balance has not updated. They call me and email me every single day about an outstanding payment yet payment was done and POP was sent on their whatsapp platform and on emails. I have sent over 10 emails trying to resolve this but I'm being harassed every damn day to make a payment. Every month as a client you need to run after them for your account to be updated yet I use the self-assist portal to make an EFT payment, bear in mind, they SEND you the link to this portal on your email. This is truly frustrating because it feels like you are being ****med.
