Disgusting and unsympathetic call from Blake and associates

Got the most disgusting call from Shanaaz at Blake & associates forcing me to basically make a payment on my truworths account after I’ve advised her that I am currently unemployed. Truworths and Blake & associates are disgusting to threaten people during a time like this. This woman basically told me that irrespective of wether I am employed or not, they expect a payment. How on earth do they even employ people like that??? Unsympathetic and disgusting service. I won’t be answering any future calls because I refuse to be spoken to like that.
