Disgruntled Debtor
I am appalled at the disregard of the call centre agents at this agency. It is not people not willing to pay their accounts,the attitude...I pay my account ..However the call centre agent decides to go ahead & tell me that I am a *hostile* described recipient . YES I AM,especially after paying my account . I do not appreciate being called at the work (I doubt anyone does as it is demeaning & what you people disregard-besides the POPII ACT& stipulation ...You are compromising our credibilty at work .
