Disgruntled customer
Agreed to be debited on last day of each month to settle my debt. To my surprise I just got an SMS notifying me that my bank account will be debited on the 28th of August. Tried to call the call center. One guy could not assist me and said he will get back to me but never did. The other lady was rude and arrogant! I am not really plepleased with the service I am being subjected to by Blake and Associates! Please help! ***
