constant calls to make arrangements on account

Blake and Associates have the most *********** call centre people who constantly phone saying they need to make an arrangement on my one account. Arrangement is made and all seems good but then more constant phone calls saying no arrangement has been made because it does not show on their system. they should not be calling me but should be reprimanding the person who does not capture information in their systems.<br> <br> i have basically been called a **** saying i did not make an arrangement. They need to brush up on their people skills as well because they just talk over you and dont give you a chance to speak. You can tell whichever branch to sit and go through all their recorded calls and check when the arrangement was made, for when and what amount and make sure their consultants know how to capture this information on the system so people do not get harassed with unecessay phone calls. i am so angry at the moment - also their supervisor also is just as bad.
