Company does not have adequate workers

This company is one of the most unprofessional unorganized company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. Having an account thats paid up already last month they still phone me every day about 3 times advising me i have an oustanding balance and everyday i need to tell them it's been paid and everyday i must email the same payment everytime and every time i get no feedback from them untill the next day i get the same call that i must explain the whole situation again. Day after day. Do this company even have some supervisors or people sorting their finances?
