Collections ignoring requests to confirm outstanding debt is up to date!
Telkom Collections department. I am fed up, I have been harassed for over a year. Finally I received an email that confirms my Telkom account which was cancelled has no outstanding payment information on.
I have sent 5 emails to date to obtain a letter for confirmation so I can get my Credit Record cleared up! I need feedback and this company just ignores us!

As per our telephonic conversation, clearance letter has been issued today.
We were awaiting feedback from the client and the matter has been resolved.
