Collections Executive fails to pay Debt

In January 2018 a sum of R1000 was deposited to Rynal Pillay who holds a management position.His excuse for borrowing the money was due to his dad having cancer and him being faced with a financial crisis.He promised to pay the following month on his pay date and he failed to.Time went on and he didn't return the Debt and I left it.

Two years later I contacted him and denies the debt.He then creates a **** Facebook account to frame me,so I would back off from getting the debt he owed.Involving two ex employees of blake one being his Girlfriend who sent me texts defending him and telling me to write off his debt.

I have tried to contact Blake's HR and it seems that they are friendly with him and have over looked this matter.

I have a statement from my bank and text messages from him and his girlfriend.This is what blake employes as their superiors.How can a manager lead and collect debts when he cant pay his own debts?
