BLAKES SERVICE IS DISGUSTING AND UN-PROFESSIONAL

I set my Wonga loan to be deducted ont he 19th December 2018. it never went off. On the 27th December i received a call from Blake & Associates saying its been handed over to them (with no prior notification that it never went off on the 19th). I then paid the outstanding immediately via the link sent to me by Blake & Associates ********** I even paid over a higher amount than what was initially owed!!!! On the 1st of January 2019, i was then debited anyway by Wonga for the owed amount and to this day NOT ONE OF THEM HAVE GOTTEN BACK TO ME WITH MY REFUND.

I GET TOLD TO NOT CALL THEM THEY WILL CALL ME?????? THIS WAS OVER A WEEK AGO. WHAT A USELESS BUNCH OF MONEY *******....

I want the amount that was paid over on the 27th December paid back to me IMMEDIATELY!!!! R2886.00, this is my money!!!!!
