Blakes & Associates unprofessional

I have paid off an account through Blake & Associates. I wrote a review earlier this month about my credit card account with FNB that was handed over due to none payment. I was unfortunately retrenched at that time and could not make payments toward the outstanding balance. I eventually made a payment arrangement in which I was paying an amount I could afford but the person I was speaking to did not explain all the terms and conditions. I realized the outstanding balance was increasing instead of decreasing upon following up, I was told that the money I was paying did not cover the interest. I ended up taking a settlement discount - it entailed I would be getting a 20% discount and paying the outstanding amount in 3 installments. I did that. The last payment was made this month. However, I did not receive a paid-up letter, when I call the call center I am sent from pillar to post. The last call center agent I spoke to stated that, the account still has an outstanding balance.

A month later I still have not received a paid-up letter. They only called me a few days later after writing my review and nothing came out of that discussion. My credit score still has not changed after they said it would change after 21 days.
