Blake&Associates

Blake&Associates has been harassing my 84 year old mother for the past few weeks about her Edgar's account. She paid it in full last year, even though she didn't buy anything for the last year or 2. It's all admin costs and the magazine, which she hasn't received for a few years. After she paid her account in full last year, she wanted to close it, but Edgar's here in Bela Bela already closed down, so she tried unsuccessfully at Jet twice, but their systems were down. I've tried to explain to the sometimes extremely rude and aggressive agents from Blake that she didn't buy anything and she simply doesn't have to money to pay them for something that she didn't even buy. They just keep on calling and harassing here. She has a heart problem and her heart races after every phone call. They are absolutely the worst
