Blake & Associates the arrogance

What load of ****, they send you emails stating you need to make payment arrangements, which you do that you get 20-45 calls everyday(including Sundays!!) asking you when are your paying the outstanding amount?? and when you ask them what about the arrangements made they well that doesn't suit us so we'll keep calling until you pay everything!!! and then when you actual confront them about their regarding them not honoring their agreements their agent come very arrogant and aggressive.
