Blake & Associates stole my money

Stole my money I paid them R8925. 43 into a cellc account number fnb acc number I was given cellc still cannot find my payment in 7days. Contact Center agents are rude and process is different from one agent to another deny me to escalate to Snr manager then drop my calls. I'm struggling to get a paid up letter. I want my money back to pay directly to Cellc.
