07 Apr 2025, 19:54I’m writing to urgently file a complaint against Blake Debt Collection (Debit Recovery Solution Company) for their failure to provide any service or communication after I made a full payment on my FNB loan. After receiving numerous calls from the company, I was told to pay my loan, which I did, and even received a discount. However, since completing the payment, I’ve encountered several issues that have made it impossible to resolve the matter:
Lwazi Gwijane
- Website Failures: The Live Chat feature on their website is completely non-functional. I’ve tried using it multiple times, but it simply doesn’t work, leaving me unable to get help directly.
- No Response to Emails or Calls: I’ve emailed and called Blake Debt Collection several times, only to be met with no response. Every call goes straight to voicemail, and I’ve heard nothing back from any email I’ve sent.
- Unreachable Company: It’s now impossible to reach them. They persistently called me before payment, but now that I’ve paid, they’ve vanished. This lack of communication is concerning and feels very unprofessional, if not outright *******.
