Blake & Associates harrasment
I was admitted at Life St James Hospital and a few months down the line it turned out that my medical aid did not cover everything. I only found out through Blake & Associates that I was owing money and I paid everything. I called the hospital to confirm if the money was reflecting on their account and it does. Now Blake & Associates has been harrasing me even after I paid the hospital and they refuse to follow up with Life St James Hospital to confirm the payment. Their consultants are very rude!
