Blake & Associates Debt Collectors Harrassment.

22/03/2018 - I have been continuously receiving calls from this company regarding a Woolworths Personal Loan Account that has not been used for at least the last three years. I have not received any statements for this account at least four years. Now suddenly they are harrassing me for money after all this time. I am not an attorney, but I do happen to know that if there is no contact from an alleged Debtor regarding any apparent accounts for over 1 Year, then this account is Prescribed. I have repeatedly told the callers this, but they persist in calling every day. This is becoming extremely annoying, and I am finding it very difficult to remain civil over the phone when they call. This issue needs to be sorted out immediately
