Blake & Ass and my Jet account

The most useless lot of people I have ever encountered in my life! Have been struggling with a (outstanding according to B&A) Jet account since December 2020 and despite providing all the information that they need (and already have) they keep on pestering me with sms's and phone calls. It is absolutely NO use sending them emails, trying to get to speak to a someone actually in charge except the *********** "consultants" or any other person. All that one get is either a standard email reply or a flat ignore. If I could give them a minus rating I would've done that without a doubt.
