Blake and Associates refuse to give paid up letter
I'm so angru, ive been owing an account from Lewis for years and whwn i finally managed to pay it fully via Blake and Associates instead of getting a paid up letter so the account can be removed from my credit records then keep on calling saying i owe them, after i sent proof of final payment and but still no assistance, I'm super disappointed

Your payment was allocated this morning and the paid up letter e-mailed accordingly. Receipt of the paid up letter confirmed.
