Blake and Associates horribly haraasing company with no customer service!

What an absolute awful company. They have been harassing me and any family member they can because of an hospital bill, I was unsure whether the bill was legit because the hospital never sent it to me directly, I phoned the Life Care hospital to confirm the payment, after I paid the bill Blake and Associates sent me a confirmation that the bill is paid in full and they still keep calling me like 10 times a day!
