Blake and Associates disgraceful jhb branch

My son 3 years old fell on his head and he was showing signs of a concussion and I was going from hospital to hospital in a panic with this child. There comes a call from Blake and Associates. I explained to the guy mu son is sick and if it important he can talk I'm not call me back. At this point I didn't know it was Blake and Associates. After he told me the company name I explained my situation and told me I can't talk. He kept on forcing the issue on when he can call back and stuff. I asked him if he had a child, because he was being so unempathetic and didn't care what situation I was in. I told him i paid my account and hung up.

Terrible service from this company. Teach your staff telephone etiquette!!

Not someone you want to have a conversation with. Like they are forced to do their jobs.
