Blake and Associates denies me my letter as prove that I have paid up my Capitec bank Debt.

I cannot believe that even now i still have not received my paid-up letter since i requested it last year in November from Blake and Associates. They always tell me that they waiting for it from Capitec Bank. When I go to Capitec they tell me that i am no longer their client and i should talk to Blake and associates. So i dont know what to do anymore because my balance has not been updated on my records.
