Be warned. Paying debtors through them doesn't help and they don't respond to WhatsApp queries
This is the worst collection company I have ever had to deal with, they are not trustworthy, every time I made a payment they would acknowledge receipt but increase what I owe instead of decreasing. At times I wonder why connect would give them this contract. Will be taking this up with hifi corporation and in the near future the credit ombudsman.
Don't fall in the same trap, don't acknowledge debt, the person on WhatsApp doesn't even respond to queries.
