Be Successful - Get your act together

On 02 July 2019 I wrote a webmail to you under "Contactr us - Collections" on your webpage. I have had no response.

Firstly, as a matter of principle I do not share my personal details with random people who call me. I dont know if your agents are who who they say they are or if they are calling from where they say they are calling. So, no thank you - I wont share sensitive personal details with random people on the phone. Please help your agents to serve you better by giving them an alternative way to proceed with the call in the absence of such details.

Secondly, I do not owe Telkom any money. You are the fourth debt collection company they have signed up after the last three failed to provide the proof of consumption that would prove the alleged debt. Please obtain the same before you contact me again - email it to ***.

Lastly, I am travelling out of the country and I wont pay roaming charged for your calls. So I have blocked your number. Email me, and call me on whatsapp or text me if you wish to reach me.
