Bad service, bad agents who can’t even handle themselves
These guys been calling me for collections, I paid up the account asked for a paid up letter which I’ve never received been told stories and when I WhatsApp their guys I was told to not get carried away and I am not the only customer however I am being harassed sent sms to pay the account. I am so angry, I wanna even open a complaint about them it’s my name on ITC that’s not removed.
