Bad Service! !

I have two cell c accounts that have been handed over to Blake and Associates. I have the following issues in dealing with the company:

1. My debt has increased by almost R1500 since Jan 2017 which I do not understand because I'm making payments every month and expect my debt to decrease. I've been requesting for a statement but no one has bothered to send me one.

2. Last week Monday I called in to request for a settlement amount because I wanted to settle my debt. I was promissed to get it by Wednesday (which I also don't understand because other companies send it immediately while you're still on the line). I never got the quote and I called in again on Thursday , I was told they couldn't send me one because there were debit order already set up for Friday and that they'd send it on Monday. It's already Wednesday now and no one has bothered to call me or send me any settlement quote. This is really tiring and frustrating and shows lack of competency and integrity on the company's part.

3. One more thing, it's really annoying getting phone calls 5 timed a day for the whole week just to remind me to have sufficient funds on my account for the debit orders. The sms you send is enough, especially because I've been keeping up with my payments since you took over the account!
