bad service
i have paid up truworths and identity i am requesting paid up letters and for the accounts to be closed and removed from my name and itc in order to avoid being charged interest i paid the accounts on friday the 11th of FEbruaury 2022 now i am wasting airtime being transferred from pillar to post
kindly assist
