Bad attitude.

I was called by a very rude supervisor called Ryan. He is forcing me to tell him my personal information and am telling him that I am not comfortable to give personal details on the phone. He is telling me that he dont want to debate with me. And I ask if is he speak to the customers. He said yes because I am debating with him and he is not calling to debate. And as far as I know I am paying my retail accounts as he said he is calling for retail account. I dont know the reason for being harrassed by Ryan over the phone while I know tha I am paying my account. I dont if debt collecters have the rights to disrespect customers. Ryan from Blake and associate is very rude and he dont sound like a supervisor.
