Bad attitude

I understand my tracker account is behind but that does not give your staff member Khanyi i think, to hang up on me, what a rude human being. She asks why i did not make a payment i tell her its personal reasons suddenly she's shouting. I highly believe no training is being offered to staff at this company. How can people be so rude? I find hard to understand where does such attitude come from. I so regret doing business with Tracker, simply because they are associated with you.
