Background noise.. No professionalism
I received a call from this number ***.. From an agent from Blake and Associates.. The background music is very disturbing to me as customer or client .. No professionalism at all, the agent herself kept calling me Ma', am and half the time I couldn't hear what she is saying.. My number is ***.. Listen to the call its terrible..
