Arrogant staff members
I tell your people every day to call me after 4 in the evening, I work on weekends I work in a factory, I don't sit behind a desk and harass people on a daily basis, then your arrogant indian lady wants to tell me that if I answer the phone I can talk, so she wants to say I'm a ****? , I answer my phone in case its an emergency or work related. Please keep your people on a leash and tell them to keep their bad attitude and arrogance for themselves, maybe also consider sending them for training on how to work with customers, that will be the best investment you can make for your company at this stage.
