Account settled But still no settlement letter

Hi<br> I had an account with Bayport of which it was handed over to Blake Collections. I received an offer to settle it with a discounted amount before August. The account has been settled by me before August 2015. Almost a month i am being sent from pillar to post between Blake Collections and Bayport Loans. Please assisst as i need this matter to be settled.<br> <br> Thanks
