Account number *** I am warning anybody with a cell C account not to agree to any settlement offer via Blake and their associates . They are quick to collect the money but you will not get a paid up letter.. This guys are ****** and I wonder how Cell C has even partnered with them. I have been calling their call center for a simple acknowledgment letter stating the fact that I was given a settlement amount and I paid it..
