Account debited before the agreed date

I have made arrangements with you that my account should be debited on the 25th of every month but, last month my account was debited on the 23rd and there was no enough money in my account on that date. Therefore, the debit order was returned and I was charged R138 for the returned (unpaid ) debit order. <br> <br> I then emailed Blake and Associates about the issue and according to them the debit order that went through on the 23 of October 2015 was successful and was not returned.<br> <br> I then went to the bank and get the statement which I have scanned and emailed to them.<br> <br> Then their admin clerk called Ronelle Moodly emailed me back stating that the R300.00 debited on the 23rd of October 2015 was credited back into my bank account but, that transaction is not on my bank statement. <br> <br> Common Blakes and Assossiates, could you please get your facts correctly and employ people who apply logic when handling queries.
