3 Months later No Paid Up Letter
I had a revolving loan with FNB. Blake and associates contacted me with a discounted amount to settle the loan. I was told I would receive the paid up in two weeks after the payment has been **** its been 11 weeks and I am still waiting. Whats even worse the revolving loan is accumulating interest on a monthly basis I have called so many times and have been sent from pillar to post. Every time I call there is a different story, can someone give me the right details it's unfair that ITC has not even been updated with this information. Can you have this sorted
