Trip to Bali

Where do I start, from bookings with blacktrotters it’s been a battle. I literally had to call them all the time to follow up on the status of my trip. Fast forward we get to Bali my word, disaster our host didn’t even know us and please note that prior departure we received a message that there will be blacktrotters bus waiting for us upon arrival guess what there was no bus let alone anyone with blacktrotters board to welcome us. We were scattered because no one was there to provide us with any direction. In a nut shell I won’t use them ever again. Don’t pay attention to the needs of the customer.
