Bali 7-Day Luxury Experience
My partner and I booked the 7-day Bali holiday with Blacktrotters Afrika, and it was honestly the best travel experience we’ve ever had. Everything was perfectly planned from the moment we landed — no stress, no confusion, just pure luxury and relaxation. We stayed in a 5-star hotel that felt like paradise. Bali 7-Day Luxury Experience
My partner and I booked the 7-day Bali holiday with Blacktrotters Afrika, and it was honestly the best travel experience we’ve ever had. Still awaiting refund
In the beginning of 2024 I had reached out to Blacktrotter Afrika to plan for two trips the first was Bali and the second was Afronation 2025. At first all went well even with the communication witn Nombuso who was the first consultant I spoke to. Shortly after showing my interest and paying a deposit contracts and policies were sent for me sign which I found ok as it is their procdure. I continued with my monthly payments. As the year went by I was again to sign the same documents that I had signed in the beginning and my passport again which I found odd but said ok. Due to unforeseen circumstances I cancelled my Bali trip with them but still wanted to do Afronation 2025. Which I was told to pay a new deposit for it even though they had not refunded me yet for the Bali trip because they said they will take the money which I have paid and add the the Afronation trip I did not see why I needed to put a whole new deposit as I had funds all i needed to do was continue with my monthly payments but this was not communicated properly by Nombuso as the agent I was communicating with on WhatsApp. Fast forward to March 2025 I get a call from Neo a New agent from Blocktrotters telling me that I will loose some of my payments as due to what is written in their policies which does not state I will lose my whole deposit just say there will be a penalty fee of R220 and which will reflect on my invoice. Neo was rude and could not answer any of the question I had which was alarming to me. I had asked for my invoice so I could see if everything was in order and to my surprise nothing was in order. It took Blacktrotters two weeks to give me my invoice and then the figures did not match of what I was paying to a point that there was a back and forth and I had to send POP for them to adjust accordingly. This is where I saw things are not adding up and the administration of this agency is not the greatest This is the point I decided that I'm going to cancel my trip totally as I saw things were not going good and did not want to lose money due to bad planning. I called in to start the process and I spoke to Mpho and this was around May 2025 and once again the invoice was wrong which I asked for to do my calculation of how much my refund will be and again POP had to be sent. No problem the refund process happened and I was told id will take three months for it all be processed and it also say so in the contract I signed as it say it will take 8-12 weeks. We are in Nov 2025 I have not received my refund from Blacktrotters Afrika. The worst part is that no one from Blacktrotters Has called to give me a reason of the hold up, it is always me calling wanting answers and demanding for my refund and they keep on blaming their finance department or tell me it will be paid on a specific date and still today I sit empty handed. the do not keep to the policies they have put in place but they are welling to take money from me and deduct funds in the name of the same policy they cannot uphold too. I'm sadden by the lies, dreams they sale and the terrible communication and agents they have DO NOT USE BLACKTROTTERS AFRIKA

A Trip to remember
What an amazing experience we had, I normally don’t review but this was beyond and above my expectations Loved every bit of my trip It was a mix of luxury and adventure and I got to meet such beautiful people I am already planning my next adventure with you guyz This was certainly top tier
