Stay Away

Terrible client relations. Unprofessional conduct from consultants. I've been promised my Travel documents and Visa checklist from Mr. Hlatshwayo who has not met his own self-imposed deadlines. Forget about an apology or receiving a proactive heads-up as a client. You will be ghosted and you must take it upon yourself to do the chasing, begging and following-up. I haven't even gone on the trip and the booking experience has been a nightmare. They claim to have my Travel documents but their treating the act of sending them like brain surgery.
