Never again will I travel with this company...

From the word "go," it was a shambolic arrangement.. Firstly we were supposed to leave on Friday the 30th of June 2023 at 13:55 for France, we were informed on the 29th June at about 18:00, that we won't be flying out on the 30th , because of airline issues . . We will only fly out on the 1st July at 20:00.. There was no consideration/ alternative arrangement for people who traveled from afar to be in time for the 13:55 to France was made available. We were a group of about 50 plus people. On my arrival at the airport on the 1st July , I was told that the travel agent gave me incorrect information about the weight of my suitcases, I was only allowed 23kg per suitcase and not the 25 kg they told me about .

On our arrival in France, we had already missed 24 hours of being in France..., instead of spending 3 nights , we spend only 2 nights . There were no apologies or any remorse from the owners of travel co.( They were also there on the trip, and they were already enjoying themselves and posting pictures of themselves on the arc de triomf whilst we were still struggling to get France) We landed in France and a Paris city tour was arranged for the following day. We waited for the bus for about 2 hours , this also chowed our time of doing other things in Paris ,because we now had only that day in Paris ... The following day we left for Amsterdam, there was no one to meet us at the station as promised... We had to use our own money to get to the Hotel .. Still there was no explanation or any show of remorse.. We went to Rotterdam per Bus which was fine ... But the shoddines of the entrance tickets to the festival was on another level .. For some reason, It was like tooth extraction to get your ticket to the festival . To add salt to the wound, I had to wait for my Sunday entrance ticket , outside the venue for about an hour , as if it was not enough... it was pouring buckets ... By the time some good Samaritan ,in our group offered me a ticked I was soaking wet ... Their communication is bad , they treat people with utter disregard and disdain ...

Don't even try them ... They are not worth it , you can't even resuscitate them .. Use your ventilator for another patient rather
