Dissapointing Blacktrotters

Where do I begin.. After seeing all their wonderful posts on the socials, I put all my savings into booking a trip to Bali with Blacktrotters. All seemed well until I arrived at the airport and I was told I could not board a flight due to the fact that my passport was less than 6 months valid - it was valid till March 2025 (but not in terms of dates).

My booking agent did not pick this up and I thought it was a green light.

I was advised to pay a further 22K if i wanted to go on the trip again in 2 weeks time, which of course was impossible and there is no way I could get a new passport within that time.

So disappointed, they have ghosted me and the rest is history.....
