Dissapointed

We had paid for a luxury group tour with a host, with promises of 5 star luxury experience as advertised. Firstly the build up to our trip was paved with non communication, unanswered queries and insufficient information with regard to how the trip would unfold. We had to constantly ask for updates with regards to Flights, and accomodation bookings, etc. Secondly, we were told to be at the airport 4 hours before departure and we thought that's when we would meet our host but that was not to be. After check in, we contacted the office several times asking about our host, and ultimately we were told that the host is in the same flight with us and that she will contact us. That never happened. We get to our destination airport, expecting transportation waiting for us as promised, there was none at that particular time. At this point, we still don't know who our host is as she never contacted any of us. We then call the office to enquire about the host and our transportation and we were told the host will find us, but she has none of our contact and she doesn't know what we look like. We waited for almost an hour then the host finally arrives to find us outside the airport/pickup area. When we got to the hotel for checking-in, our bookings was not finalized and we had to wait for the host to finalize our bookings. During this time, no communication given, and when ultimately the bookings were confirmed, no explanation given. I expected the luxury experience that they have promised, but left feeling that they are concerned with "Instagram" type of people who are there for pictures that us who wanted to experiment the culture and way of living for people there. I would not book with them again, amd especially the group tour.
