Zero After Sales Service.
The \service\" offered at the Blackberry walk in centre in Midrand is not good. Only one lady was available to assist when I walked in on the 15th of Jan '16. When I enquired where her colleague/s were she rep**** that one was on lunch (at 11am) and the other was on leave.

My query was simple, could she help me with the obligatory blackberry software upgrade for my classic handset which I had bought 6 months prior? She was very dismissive in her reply saying that I needed to go home and attempt it there because she only had half an hour free wifi and the upgrade took longer than that. I tried to explain to her that I had in fact tried the upgrade at home, but that the upgrade process kept stalling. She eventually agreed to assist, but not without a fight.

The unfortunate conclusion is that asking nicely doesn't always help and that one is obliged to resort to threats of escalations prior to anything being done. I blame management for poor staff training. In the meantime, I have another issue with regard to the sound on the phone (no audio output for incoming calls in despite settings). I am loathe to return to the walk in centre & request assistance from unhelpful staff."
