When will the Blackberry PRIV

The phone was released in November 2015, when will this phone be coming to south africa? I've asked all mobile operators in south africa and none of them can confirm when will this phone arrive, I've been asking since November, going into the mobile operator stores week after week and it's becoming annoying.
