the Entertainer has stopped working

this is an email that I got for the Entertainer and would like to know why Blackberry is being incapable of helping their fellow blackberry users come one guys get your head out your backside and just fix the problem<br> <br> We apologize for this error as the Blackberry mobile devices are not compatible with the new upgraded version of the Entertainer mobile app. Please use other mobile devices flatform such as IOS and Android to have the latest app on your mobile device. This action is to give you much more features and upgraded offers and IOS and Android are compatible with this upgrade. We are asking for your understanding as we do not want this.<br> <br> This error has been already escalated to Blackberry developers and we provide the new app for them to upload for the Entertainer consumers and for our members / customers to download the updated app. Unfortunately, They still not providing the requirements that our app needs to make this app work on their platform.
