Software problems

<p>I love my blackberry, but the way I hate the fact that I have to update my software almost every month. There are many times when I fail to update it due to forgetting to do it then I have to take my Blackberry in for Software updates. This happened countless times that I am no longer using my Blackberry. I have never had this problem with any of my other mobile phones</p>
