HAVE A BLACKBERRY - BUT NO SUPPORT

I had had problems with accessing wi-fi, with my Z3, however my work collogues who has Samsung's have no problem connecting to wi-fi. MTN can't help me. They told me to contact Blackberry, how I don't know the telephone nnumber on the web site, is incorrect. Telkom, doesn't even have it. I am trying to delete the wi-fi and to reset do, but I can't do it, they refered me to blackberry. What is the point of having a Blackberry, if there is no immediate support when it is needed !!! You can always pay me, out the cost of my phone, if you can't provide the necessary back up service !!! Appualing Service Blackberry
