FORCED SOFTWARE UPDATE DAMAGES PHONE!

My phone received continuous Push messages forcing me to update my software to the latest. Eventually I have done it. What a disaster!!!! My phone is broken now! First it took 48 hours to install, then it took another 24 hours to reboot as it got stuck at 99% now my phone does not even want to switch on and there's an annoying red light flashing! I cannot even go into my details or menu as it got stuck the reboot screen!!!! And now it's dead! So in a nutshell, BlackBerry forces an update on you and then it ******s up your phone!
