****berry instead of Blackberry

My BlackBerry Q10 is totally useless after upgrading to software version 10.3.1. Ringtones are not audible anymore, and everytime I switch off phone it deletes all applications and photos. As I am on holiday, I've lost some precious photos. As a result of having to download apps again everytime my data is also depleted. Took it to the blackberry kiosk at century city on 5 March where the phone was wiped and reloaded - did not work. Took it in today 6 March to vodacare canal walk - still not fixed! As a loyal blackberry customer (5th blackberry) I am very disappointed! Seems like it's time to change to someone who can make there hardware better with software upgrades and not useless! You just made me decide not to upgrade to the passport.
