Blackberry sucks!

My husband bought me a Blackberry for Christmas and for the last two weeks it just shuts down around ten times a day!!!!! I renewed my cell contract last October and my mom's phone is doing the same. It is soooo frustrating. I went to Vodacom today and the sales person told me that they get so many BlackBerry complaints that they are sending customers to the service centers directly!!! Great I have a warranty but when Vodacom sends in the phone I am without a phone for 21 days!!!! Why is the manufacturer aloud to sell a product that doesn't work? And on a contract???? So you are stuck with a phone that doesn't work for at least two years! Why are they getting away with this?
