Blackberry Password Reset

My world shuttered when we were ****** on the N2 at gunpoint a month ago.Even though I fought the gun of the ****** he got away with our cellphones.My HUGE problem is this - I am a photographer and my photos means everything to me .There are about 16000 photos on my phone and very special moments of my Dad and Gran.yes - it was backed up on BB Protect , but that does not help me as I can not remember my password and there is only one security question being asked - I am still in a lot of shock and going through trauma still.One of the things that got affected through this horrible ordeal was my memory .How can Blackberry as a leading company not have another way or steps to follow where you can reset your BBid and get all you info and photos back ?
