BB9720 - biggest ****Berry EVER !!

I got a new blackberry BB9720 last year. Beginning of the year we sent my blackberry in for repairs after the 2weeks we got my BB back and wow what a wonderful phone...the BEST...ABSOLUTELY NOT!! not long after that my BB started shutting off the whole time, needed to take out the battery several times, put it on charge even though its not flat ect ect then after a long while, it comes back on, phew! Then it shuts of again and again and guess what AGAIN!! The battery keeps on overheating so bad you cant really hold it in your hand, then it doesn't want to charge with the original BLACKBERRY Charger, then when it eventually starts charging it takes FOREVER to fully charge...I constantly gets error messages, I've got a big memory card but yet it always say the memory is full. Mtn said its not their fault, its Blackberry so where to now?? Where do we complain bout Blackberry because I cant seem to find anything on their website. Blackberry really is a nice phone except when it starts giving problems... I feel like throwing my phone into the street so that a truck can drive over it... I suggest no1 ever buys this ****Berry (9720)ever !!!!!
